Desi Khand Sugar - 1kg

Made from indigenous sugarcane variety Raswanti, farmed chemical free. 

This khand is made by adding desi cow milk to liquid jaggery, which is then left for 6-9 days.

The crystals formed are kind of fresh bloom!
